- Develop and implement financial planning strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the firm.
- Lead and manage the FP&A team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, guidance, and support to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department leaders to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and financial institutions.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Communicate financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial matters, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Represent the firm in a professional and positive manner, upholding our values and commitment to client service excellence.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Accounting Principles, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Provide Strategic Insights.
Proven Leadership And Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.
