4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive and efficient due diligence process.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to financial due diligence and advise clients accordingly.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.

9. Assist in the development of proposals and presentations to potential clients.
10. Train and mentor junior team members on financial due diligence and advisory processes.
