  4. Advise clients on financial strategies and solutions to achieve their business goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations in the healthcare sector.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: A Financial Due Diligence & Advisory Manager At Rsm Us Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Regulations, Market Trends, And Financial Reporting Requirements.

  • Strong Financial Analysis Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Financial Data, Such As Financial Statements, Budgets, And Projections, To Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities For Clients In The Healthcare Sector.

  • Experience With Due Diligence Processes: Candidates Should Have Experience Leading Or Participating In Due Diligence Processes, Including Conducting Financial And Operational Assessments, Identifying Key Risks, And Providing Recommendations For Improvement.
