- Conduct financial due diligence for healthcare clients: The Financial Due Diligence & Advisory Manager will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of financial information for healthcare clients. This includes reviewing financial statements, conducting financial modeling, and identifying key financial trends and risks.
- Provide strategic guidance: The Manager will use their expertise in both financial analysis and the healthcare industry to provide strategic guidance to clients. This may include advising on potential mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and other complex transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: In order to effectively advise clients, the Manager must stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the healthcare industry. This may involve attending conferences, networking with industry professionals, and conducting research.
- Manage a team: The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of financial professionals and delegating tasks as needed. This includes providing guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high-quality work.
