  1. Assist in preparing and reviewing federal tax returns for middle market companies.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on tax laws and regulations.
  3. Participate in client meetings and assist in identifying tax planning opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with team members to provide accurate and timely tax advice to clients.
  5. Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of tax-related information.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations: A Federal Tax Services Intern Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Federal Tax Laws And Regulations, Including The Internal Revenue Code And Related Guidance.

  • Accounting And Taxation Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Tax Preparation Software. A Background In Finance Or Accounting Is Preferred.
