- Conduct thorough research and analysis of federal tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and senior professionals to complete client projects and deliver high-quality work.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations, and apply them to client situations.
- Identify and communicate potential tax planning opportunities for clients.
- Assist with client meetings and presentations, and effectively communicate tax information and recommendations.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Utilize tax software and technology to efficiently complete work and improve processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or problems.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Display a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Under Tight Deadlines.
Strong Understanding Of Federal Tax Laws And Regulations.
Cpa Certification Or Actively Pursuing Cpa Licensure.
Prior Experience In Tax Preparation And Compliance, Preferably In A Public Accounting Firm.
