  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of federal tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax preparation for clients.
  2. Collaborate with team members to review and prepare tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their tax returns.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients.
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all tax-related activities.
  6. Assist in the preparation of tax planning strategies to minimize tax liability for clients.
  7. Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and offering innovative ideas.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of federal tax.
  9. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including reviewing and proofreading tax returns and other documents.
  10. Uphold the firm's values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  11. Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and maintain the security of sensitive client information.
  12. Complete tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field

  • Cpa Certification Preferred

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal Tax Laws And Regulations

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Federal Tax Preparation And Compliance

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
