In this role, you will play a critical role in providing administrative and project management support to our busy consulting team.   1. Provide administrative and project management support to senior executives in the Management Consulting group.
  2. Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  3. Prepare and edit professional correspondence and documents, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
  4. Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives.
  5. Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the consulting team and clients, communicating important information and updates.
  7. Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  9. Assist with project coordination and tracking, including monitoring deadlines and deliverables.
  10. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or conflicts to ensure smooth operations.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide relevant support and insights.
  14. Act as a resource and mentor to other administrative staff members.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: A Successful Executive Assistant Must Be Able To Efficiently Manage The Busy And Complex Schedules Of Multiple Executives, Including Arranging Meetings And Travel, Handling Correspondence, And Prioritizing Tasks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Abilities: As A Key Liaison Between Executives, Clients, And Team Members, An Executive Assistant Must Possess Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Have The Ability To Build And Maintain Professional Relationships.

  • Proven Experience In A Similar Role: This Position Requires Previous Experience As An Executive Assistant, Preferably In The Management Consulting Industry, With A Track Record Of Successfully Supporting High-Level Executives And Managing Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.

  • Proficiency In Technology And Office Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite, As Well As Other Relevant Software And Tools. Familiarity With Project Management And Crm Systems Is Also A Plus.

  • Discretion And Confidentiality: As An Executive Assistant, You Will Have Access To Sensitive Information And Must Maintain The Utmost Discretion And Confidentiality. The Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Integrity And Professionalism Is Essential For This Role.
