Welcome to RSM US! We are currently seeking a highly-skilled and experienced ERP ITAC Supervisor (non-SAP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our ERP systems, ensuring efficient and effective operations across all departments.   1. Lead the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems: The ERP ITAC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our ERP systems, ensuring that they are functioning efficiently and effectively across all departments.
  2. Manage a dynamic team: This role will involve managing a team of ITAC professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure the success of ERP system implementation and maintenance.
  3. Ensure efficient and effective operations: The ERP ITAC Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all departments are utilizing the ERP systems in an efficient and effective manner, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
  4. Strong background in ITAC and ERP systems: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in ITAC and ERP systems to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both ITAC processes and ERP systems.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements: The ERP ITAC Supervisor will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, and implementing any relevant changes or updates to improve operations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role will require strong collaboration skills, as the ERP ITAC Supervisor will need to work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, finance, and operations to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of ERP systems.
  7. Train and develop team members: The ERP ITAC Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage ERP systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Erp Implementation And Support, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Erp Systems, Processes And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Prior Experience Working With Non-Sap Erp Systems, Such As Microsoft Dynamics Or Oracle, Is Preferred.
