- Oversee and manage the team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship and training as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements, and provide customized solutions to optimize their ERP systems.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of non-SAP ERP systems to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for enhancement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP systems.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in non-SAP ERP systems and identify ways to incorporate them into client solutions.
- Lead and participate in ERP system implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying any issues or risks and taking corrective action as needed.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support for their ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of client solutions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to business development efforts by actively promoting the company's services and solutions.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or Related Field
3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Erp Systems
Strong Knowledge Of Erp Systems, Such As Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Or Netsuite
Experience In Project Management And Leading A Team
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Team Members
