- Manage and oversee the collection, processing, review, and production of ESI in litigation and investigations for multiple clients.
- Utilize industry-leading eDiscovery software and tools to efficiently and accurately manage large volumes of data.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand eDiscovery needs and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of ESI.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of eDiscovery services.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide regular updates on project status.
- Work closely with legal teams to strategize and execute eDiscovery processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the eDiscovery process.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to eDiscovery.
- Train and mentor junior team members on eDiscovery processes and tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve eDiscovery processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional client service, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability for client satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client data at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Ediscovery, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Legal Environment
Strong Understanding Of Ediscovery Tools And Software, Such As Relativity, Nuix, And Concordance
Knowledge Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Ediscovery, Including Federal Rules Of Civil Procedure And Gdpr
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
