  1. Lead and manage the cloud solutions team to ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions for clients.

  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in cloud solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client needs and develop customized solutions.
  5. Provide technical guidance and direction to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  6. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  7. Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for the organization on cloud solutions, staying up-to-date on industry developments and advancements.
  9. Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new opportunities in the cloud solutions space.
  10. Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the cloud solutions practice.
