Director - AML Regulatory Compliance

1. Develop and implement effective anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programs to ensure that RSM US is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
2. Stay up-to-date on changes to AML laws and regulations and ensure that all policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
3. Oversee the training and education of employees on AML compliance policies and procedures.
4. Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify potential AML risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
5. Monitor and analyze AML data to identify any suspicious activity and ensure proper reporting to regulatory agencies.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency in AML compliance efforts.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members on complex AML issues and escalate any potential problems to senior management.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and serve as the primary point of contact for all AML-related inquiries.
9. Conduct regular reviews and audits of AML compliance programs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert on AML compliance and provide guidance to the organization on emerging trends and best practices.
11. Foster a culture of compliance within the organization by promoting awareness and understanding of AML regulations.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new AML compliance initiatives and ensure compliance with global standards.
13. Communicate regularly with senior management on the status of AML compliance efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
14. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings related to AML compliance in a timely and accurate manner.
