  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and success in the insurance sector for the consulting firm.
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of consultants to deliver high-quality risk management solutions to clients.
  3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored consulting services.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the insurance sector to inform consulting strategies and solutions.
  5. Collaborate with other partners/principals in the firm to develop and execute overall business strategy and achieve company goals.
  6. Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong and skilled team of insurance consultants.
  7. Oversee project management and ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables.
  8. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance sector to expand the firm's client base.
  9. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to establish thought leadership and promote the firm's services.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  11. Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and the firm.
  12. Collaborate with other departments within the firm, such as finance and marketing, to support the growth and success of the insurance consulting sector.
