Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or Accounting: A Strong Educational Background In Finance Or Accounting Is Essential For A Consulting Manager In Strategic Finance And Fp&A. This Qualification Demonstrates A Solid Understanding Of Financial Principles And Analysis Techniques.
Professional Certification (E.g. Cfa, Cpa): Possessing A Professional Certification In A Relevant Field, Such As Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa), Showcases A High Level Of Expertise And Credibility In The Financial Industry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance: To Be Considered For A Consulting Manager Role In Strategic Finance And Fp&A At Rsm Us, Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Finance Industry.
