Cloud Security Director

1. Develop and implement cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in cloud environments, and develop action plans to address them.
3. Stay informed on emerging threats and vulnerabilities in cloud computing, and make recommendations for security enhancements to mitigate risks.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud security is integrated into all aspects of business operations and processes.
5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of cloud security controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
6. Manage and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to ensure the security of outsourced cloud services.
7. Provide guidance and training to team members and other employees on cloud security best practices and procedures.
8. Serve as the main point of contact for all cloud security-related inquiries and incidents.
9. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security tools and technologies to protect cloud environments.
10. Monitor and analyze security logs and events to identify and respond to potential security incidents in a timely manner.
11. Collaborate with business leaders and clients to understand their cloud security needs and provide solutions to address those needs.
12. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in cloud security to continuously improve and enhance the company's security program.
13. Lead and participate in incident response and disaster recovery plans related to cloud security incidents.
14. Develop and maintain documentation of cloud security policies, procedures, and standards for the organization.
15. Act as a thought leader and advocate for cloud security, both internally and externally, by participating in industry events and conferences and sharing knowledge and expertise with others in the field.
