Job Description

As the Cloud Security Director at RSM US, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our organization's sensitive data and infrastructure.   1. Develop and implement cloud security strategies and policies to protect the organization's sensitive data and infrastructure.
  2. Lead a team of security experts and provide guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  4. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud security and make recommendations for enhancements to the organization's security posture.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with security standards and requirements.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of the organization's cloud security program.
  8. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to effectively respond to and mitigate any security incidents.
  9. Conduct regular training and awareness programs to educate employees on cloud security best practices and protocols.
  10. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that the organization's cloud security practices are in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  11. Manage the budget for the cloud security department and make recommendations for resource allocation and investments.
  12. Act as the primary point of contact for any cloud security-related inquiries or incidents and handle escalations as needed.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and make necessary adjustments to ensure the security of the organization's cloud environment.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in cloud security.
  15. Represent the organization in industry events and conferences to stay updated on emerging cloud security trends and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Information Security, With At Least 3 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Cloud Security Technologies, Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.
