RSM US is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Director for Microsoft Modern Work & Cloud Solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and guide our sales strategy for one of the fastest growing segments in the IT industry. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique business needs, and effectively position our Microsoft Modern Work & Cloud Solutions to help them achieve their goals.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies for Microsoft Modern Work & Cloud Solutions in alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and position our solutions as the ideal fit.
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  5. Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to sales strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Microsoft technology stack and how it can be leveraged to drive business growth.
  8. Represent RSM US at industry events and conferences to promote our Microsoft Modern Work & Cloud Solutions.
  9. Train and mentor other sales team members on the Microsoft technology stack and sales best practices.
  10. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for Microsoft Modern Work & Cloud Solutions.
  12. Stay updated on changes and updates in the Microsoft technology stack and communicate them effectively to clients.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team to stay ahead of industry developments and maintain a competitive edge.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Interact With Clients, Partners, And Internal Teams. They Should Also Have Strong Negotiation Skills To Secure New Business Deals And Partnerships.

  • Relevant Education And Experience: A Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Additionally, Candidates Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Technology Industry. Experience Working With Microsoft Technologies And Solutions Is Also Highly Desirable.
