- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our consulting services.
- Collaborate with consultants and other team members to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential growth areas and adapt business development strategies accordingly.
- Manage the business development budget and track key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our consulting services and expand our network.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to develop their business development skills.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to business development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Consulting Roles
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships
Strong Understanding Of Management Consulting Industry And Current Market Trends
