  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand the industrial and consumer product business of RSM US.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to pursue and win them.
  5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients and deliver exceptional service.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to showcase RSM US's capabilities and value proposition.
  8. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  9. Monitor and analyze business performance and develop strategies to improve and achieve desired results.
  10. Represent RSM US at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships.
  11. Stay updated on competitors and market dynamics to inform business development strategies.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  13. Develop and manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain high ethical standards in all business dealings.
