- Conduct thorough and efficient audits of insurance company financial statements in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of auditors to ensure timely completion of audit engagements and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional client service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance in audit procedures and reporting.
- Review and analyze audit findings, identify potential risks and areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Mentor and train junior team members to build their technical skills and enhance their knowledge of insurance industry audits.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and firm leadership to provide regular updates on audit progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide a seamless and comprehensive service to clients.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and promote the insurance audit practice.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethical standards, and confidentiality in all interactions and work products.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Designation.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Public Accounting, With A Focus On Insurance Clients.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Industry Regulations And Standards, Including Gaap And Statutory Accounting Principles.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Auditors.
