  1. Lead a team of professionals in conducting financial and operational audits for clients in the industrial goods industry.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute audit engagements in accordance with RSM US and industry standards.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  4. Identify and assess risks and internal control weaknesses within clients' financial and operational processes.
  5. Review and analyze financial statements and other relevant data to identify potential issues and discrepancies.
  6. Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  7. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the firm to provide integrated services to clients.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to continuously improve audit processes and procedures.
  10. Represent RSM US at industry events and conferences to expand the firm's presence and network with potential clients.
  11. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by RSM US and relevant regulatory bodies.
  12. Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  13. Complete all necessary administrative tasks related to audit engagements, such as time and expense reporting.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Cpa Or Other Relevant Professional Certification.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Public Accounting, With A Focus On Industrial Goods Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial And Operational Processes Within The Industrial Goods Industry.

  • Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Audit Professionals.
