- Lead a team of professionals in conducting financial and operational audits for clients in the industrial goods industry.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute audit engagements in accordance with RSM US and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Identify and assess risks and internal control weaknesses within clients' financial and operational processes.
- Review and analyze financial statements and other relevant data to identify potential issues and discrepancies.
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the firm to provide integrated services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to continuously improve audit processes and procedures.
- Represent RSM US at industry events and conferences to expand the firm's presence and network with potential clients.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by RSM US and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks related to audit engagements, such as time and expense reporting.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Cpa Or Other Relevant Professional Certification.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Public Accounting, With A Focus On Industrial Goods Clients.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Operational Processes Within The Industrial Goods Industry.
Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Audit Professionals.
