Job Description

RSM US is looking for an Audit Associate to join our team! As an Audit Associate, you will play a vital role in helping our clients navigate a complex and ever-changing financial landscape. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing audit engagements.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, a CPA license or CPA exam eligibility, and 1-3 years of public accounting experience. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. We are also looking for someone who is a self-starter, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.If you have a passion for helping clients and are excited to work as part of a team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute audit engagements for clients
  2. Provide clients with insights to navigate a complex financial landscape
  3. Maintain strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  5. Maintain accurate records of audit work
  6. Create and present financial reports to clients
  7. Stay up to date with audit and accounting standards and procedures
  8. Identify and resolve audit issues
  9. Work independently and as part of a team
  10. Develop and maintain client relationships
