  1. Oversee and manage the preparation, compilation, and review of financial statements for clients.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements by conducting thorough reviews and analysis.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks and career development.
  4. Utilize your strong technical expertise to identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Strong Foundation In Accounting Principles Is Essential For An Assurance Manager In Pcr, As They Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Financial Statements And Ensuring Accuracy And Compliance With Regulatory Standards.

  • Cpa Certification: Many Employers Prefer Candidates For An Assurance Manager Position To Hold A Cpa Certification, As It Demonstrates Advanced Knowledge And Expertise In The Field Of Accounting And Financial Reporting.

  • Previous Experience In Assurance Services: Prior Experience In Assurance, Specifically With Preparations, Compilations, And Reviews, Is Highly Beneficial For An Assurance Manager. This Will Ensure That They Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Processes And Procedures Involved In These Types Of Engagements.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: An Assurance Manager In Pcr Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Identify Potential Errors Or Discrepancies In Financial Statements.
