  1. Conduct thorough audits and reviews of healthcare clients' financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

  9. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and conflicts, and escalate complex matters as needed.
  11. Adhere to professional and ethical standards, maintaining the confidentiality of client information at all times.
  12. Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, both for oneself and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Auditors.

  • Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Or Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Designation.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Industry, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.
