  1. Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to clients to help them achieve their business goals.
  2. Work with a diverse group of clients to understand their unique financial needs and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct financial analysis and assess the financial health of clients' businesses.
  4. Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to share knowledge and resources.
  8. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of new processes, procedures, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert in finance and accounting for the company.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Accounting Or Finance Is Required For This Role, With Preference Given To Candidates Who Hold A Cpa Or Cfa Certification.

  • Extensive Experience In Strategic Finance: The Ideal Candidate Will Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Finance, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Role. This Experience Should Include Financial Planning And Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Consulting Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Consultants, As Well As Interacting With Clients At All Levels. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Both Financial And Non-Financial Stakeholders Is Crucial In This Role. The Candidate Should Also Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills In Order To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Strong Understanding Of Accounting And Finance Regulations, As Well As Industry Standards And Best Practices. This Includes Knowledge Of Gaap, Sec Reporting Requirements, And Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.
