
Account Manager - HRIS/ Human Capital

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their human capital management needs and provide expert guidance on HRIS solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans for optimizing their human capital processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Use technical expertise to analyze and assess client HRIS systems and make recommendations for improvements or updates.
- Project manage the implementation of HRIS solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct training and provide ongoing support to clients on HRIS systems and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human capital management and HRIS systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and consulting, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and project progress.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador for RSM US, demonstrating professionalism and expertise in all client interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hris Or Human Capital Management.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes, Procedures, And Systems.
Experience With Implementing And Managing Hr Technology Solutions, Such As Hris, Payroll, And Timekeeping Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
