1. Plan and execute engaging and age-appropriate activities for children and teens onboard the ship.
2. Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth program participants at all times.
3. Develop and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for children and teens onboard the ship.
4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and promote youth program events and activities.
5. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of youth program staff to assist in the implementation of activities and ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for youth program activities.
7. Communicate with parents and guardians about their child's participation in the youth program and address any concerns or questions.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in youth programming to continually enhance the onboard experience for our younger guests.
9. Adhere to all safety and emergency protocols set by the company to ensure the well-being of all youth program participants.
10. Maintain accurate records and reports of youth program attendance, incidents, and evaluations.
11. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all youth program participants, regardless of background or ability.
12. Represent Royal Caribbean Cruises in a professional and positive manner, both onboard and off the ship.
13. Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and hygiene.
14. Act as a role model for children and teens, promoting positive behavior and encouraging participation in activities.
15. Assist with other onboard duties and responsibilities as needed.
