Youth Program Coordinator

1. Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for our young guests.
2. Recruit, train, and manage a team of youth staff to ensure high-quality programming.
3. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and promote youth activities throughout the cruise.
4. Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth guests by following company policies and procedures.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports of program participation and feedback.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve the youth programs based on guest feedback and industry trends.
7. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to address any concerns or questions.
8. Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for youth activities.
9. Adhere to all safety regulations and emergency procedures.
10. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all youth guests, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities.
11. Act as a role model for youth staff and uphold company values and standards.
12. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to enhance the youth program offerings.
13. Collaborate with the Entertainment team to plan and execute special events and themed activities for youth guests.
14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for youth programming.
15. Promote and uphold the company's mission to provide unforgettable experiences for our guests of all ages.
