1. Develop and implement engaging and diverse youth programs for guests ages 3-17 on board our cruise ships.
2. Lead a team of youth counselors and oversee their daily activities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all young guests.
3. Create and maintain a schedule of activities, events, and entertainment for all age groups within the youth program.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and teens from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
