1. Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate youth programming for children and teenagers on board our cruise ships.
2. Lead a team of youth program staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-quality experience for our young travelers.
3. Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and integrated experience for families on board.
4. Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth program participants at all times.
5. Plan and organize special events and activities for children and teenagers, such as parties, talent shows, and scavenger hunts.
6. Maintain an organized and well-stocked youth program area, including equipment, supplies, and materials.
7. Keep track of attendance and participation in youth programs, providing reports and feedback to management as needed.
8. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the youth program, incorporating feedback from guests and staff.
9. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all youth program participants, promoting teamwork and respect.
10. Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in youth development and education, incorporating them into the youth program as appropriate.
11. Represent the cruise line and its values while interacting with guests, always maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations, at all times.
13. Travel to various ports and destinations as required, maintaining a flexible schedule.
14. Act as a role model for youth program staff, promoting a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
15. Assist with any other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
