  1. Oversee all aspects of the spa operations on board the cruise ship.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure high-quality guest experiences and satisfaction.
  3. Hire, train, and manage a team of spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and cleaning personnel.
  4. Monitor and manage the spa budget, including expenses and revenue.
  5. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as cruise staff and food and beverage, to create spa packages and promotions.
  8. Develop and implement training programs for spa staff to maintain high-quality standards and guest satisfaction.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations for spa staff and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  10. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations on new services and treatments to enhance the spa experience.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms.
  13. Ensure all spa equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition.
  14. Collaborate with the onboard medical team to ensure proper protocols are in place for guests with medical conditions.
  15. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all spa staff.
  16. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster teamwork.
  17. Develop and maintain relationships with spa product vendors and suppliers.
  18. Prepare and submit reports to upper management on spa operations, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
  19. Provide support and guidance to other departments on spa-related matters.
  20. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.

Job Qualifications
