1. Oversee all aspects of the onboard spa, including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
3. Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to guests.
4. Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment for the spa team.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as guest services and entertainment, to provide a seamless guest experience.
6. Conduct regular training and development programs for the spa team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
7. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the spa facilities.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and new treatments to continuously improve the spa offerings.
9. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
11. Manage the spa budget and expenses, track revenue and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to meet financial targets.
12. Prepare regular reports on spa performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
13. Build and maintain relationships with spa product and equipment suppliers.
14. Participate in company meetings and training programs as required.
15. Embody the company's values and promote a positive image of the brand.
