- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa on board our cruise ships.
- Ensure that all spa services are delivered with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the spa to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Train and supervise spa staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Create and maintain a schedule for spa staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and manage spa inventory, ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work closely with other departments on the cruise ship to coordinate and promote spa services to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement spa promotions and packages to attract and retain guests.
- Monitor and analyze spa revenue and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue growth.
- Resolve any guest complaints or concerns related to the spa, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spa services and offerings.
- Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and hire qualified spa staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to spa staff.
- Uphold and promote the company's brand and values through exceptional customer service and professionalism.
Prior Experience In Spa Management Or A Related Field - A Spa Manager At Royal Caribbean Cruises Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Overseeing Spa Operations. This Could Include Previous Experience As A Spa Manager, Assistant Manager, Or Supervisor, Or Experience In A Similar Hospitality Or Customer Service Role.
Knowledge Of Spa Treatments And Services - The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Spa Treatments And Services Offered By Royal Caribbean Cruises. This Includes Knowledge Of Massage Techniques, Skincare Treatments, And Other Wellness Services.
