  1. Oversee and manage all operations of the spa, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and staff training and development.
  2. Ensure that all spa services, treatments, and products meet the company's standards of excellence and guest satisfaction.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize spa revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures.
  4. Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve and enhance spa services and offerings.
  5. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of spa professionals, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the spa team, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as guest services and sales, to promote and market spa services to guests.
  8. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols in the spa.
  9. Maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of spa products and supplies.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and products to continuously innovate and enhance the spa experience for guests.
  11. Manage and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to the spa, ensuring that guest satisfaction is of the utmost priority.
  12. Prepare and present regular reports on spa performance and profitability to senior management.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for spa staff.
  14. Adhere to and uphold all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
  15. Represent the company and the spa at various events and conferences to promote the brand and attract new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications
