- Oversee the daily operations of the spa facilities on board our fleet of ships.
- Ensure that the spa facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Create and maintain a spa menu that offers a variety of services to cater to the needs and preferences of guests.
- Manage and train a team of spa staff to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality treatments.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve the spa experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies, products, and equipment for the spa.
- Develop and manage the spa budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new techniques and services to keep the spa offerings current and competitive.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Represent the spa and the company at onboard events and functions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor new spa staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
Strong Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Spa Or Hospitality Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Spa Operations: The Spa Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Aspects Of Spa Operations, Including Treatments, Products, Equipment, And Sanitation Protocols. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Member Of The Ship's Management Team, The Spa Manager Must Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Crew Members, And Other Departments On Board.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills: The Spa Manager Should Have A Passion For Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Ensuring Guest Satisfaction. They Should Be Able To Handle Guest Complaints And Resolve Issues In A Timely And Professional Manner.
