1. Oversee all spa operations on board our ships, including the management of spa staff and facilities.
2. Ensure that all spa services, treatments, and amenities meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
4. Train and mentor spa staff to provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive work culture.
5. Monitor and manage spa budget, inventory, and supplies to achieve financial targets.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as Guest Services and Housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
7. Conduct regular inspections of the spa facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Coordinate with cruise ship management to plan and execute special events and promotions within the spa.

11. Maintain records and reports on spa activities, performance, and revenue.
