6. Monitor and analyze guest feedback and excursion ratings to continuously improve and enhance the program.
7. Manage the department budget, forecasting and tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during shore excursions.
