1. Develop and oversee the overall strategy for shore excursions, including creating and maintaining a diverse and appealing selection of excursions for guests.
2. Manage and lead a team of shore excursion staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with various departments, including onboard entertainment, culinary, and port operations, to create seamless and well-executed shore excursion experiences for guests.
4. Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing shore excursion offerings, taking into account guest feedback, market trends, and revenue goals.
5. Build and maintain relationships with local tour operators and vendors to secure the best possible pricing and experiences for our guests.
