1. Develop and implement a comprehensive shore excursions program for Royal Caribbean Cruises.
2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
3. Research and select unique and exciting onshore activities and tours for guests of all ages and interests.
4. Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with local tour operators and vendors.
5. Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve and enhance the shore excursions program.
6. Train and supervise a team of shore excursions staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
7. Manage the shore excursions budget and ensure all expenses are within company guidelines.
8. Communicate regularly with guests and address any concerns or issues related to shore excursions.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the shore excursions program.
10. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and market shore excursions to guests.
