  1. Develop and maintain a portfolio of shore excursions for each destination, taking into consideration guest preferences, budget, and local regulations.
  2. Collaborate with onboard staff, port agents, and tour operators to ensure smooth and efficient execution of shore excursions.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new and unique shore excursion opportunities, constantly seeking to enhance the guest experience.
  4. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of shore excursion planning, including transportation, reservations, and logistics.
  5. Train and supervise shore excursion staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the excursions, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
  6. Monitor guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to shore excursions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  7. Manage and maintain excursion budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on the quality of experiences.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff during shore excursions.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and tour operators to ensure the best possible experiences for guests.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new and innovative ideas into shore excursion offerings.
  11. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all shore excursion activities, ensuring a well-planned and organized itinerary for guests.
  12. Handle any guest concerns or issues related to shore excursions, providing timely and effective resolution.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote shore excursions and increase revenue.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports of all shore excursion activities, including guest participation, revenue, and feedback.
  15. Embody the company's mission and values, delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable memories for guests.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Tourism, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Cruise Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Shore Excursion Staff.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Ports Of Call, Local Attractions, And Excursion Offerings In Various Destinations.
