1. Provide exceptional spa services to guests on board our luxurious cruise ships.
2. Perform various types of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone, to address guests' individual needs and preferences.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked.
4. Communicate effectively with guests to understand their concerns and provide personalized recommendations for treatment.
5. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
6. Keep up-to-date with new massage techniques and industry trends to continuously enhance the guest experience.
7. Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
8. Collaborate with other spa staff to create a cohesive and efficient team environment.
9. Promote and sell spa services and products to guests, while maintaining a positive and non-intrusive approach.
10. Maintain detailed records of guest treatments and provide accurate billing information.
11. Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
12. Attend regular training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
13. Represent the company and its values in a positive and professional manner at all times.
14. Participate in shipboard emergency drills and procedures.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, conduct, and performance standards.
