1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and systems on board our cruise ships, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure the continuous operation of all equipment and systems.
3. Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
4. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and coordinate repairs and upgrades.
