1. Oversee all maintenance and repair activities for Royal Caribbean Cruises ships, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures within the maintenance department.
10. Train and develop maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
11. Serve as a point of contact for guest inquiries or concerns related to maintenance or repair issues.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
13. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure smooth operation of the ship and guest satisfaction.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Royal Caribbean Cruises and providing exceptional service to guests.
