  1. Provide technical support for all onboard IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to guest experiences.
  3. Monitor and maintain the performance and security of all onboard IT systems.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technology solutions that enhance guest experiences.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from guests and crew members.
  6. Train and educate crew members on the use of onboard technology systems.
  7. Maintain accurate documentation of all IT systems and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continually improve and innovate our IT systems.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities or risks.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  12. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and new technologies.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues.
  14. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with other onboard operations.
  15. Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
