  1. Provide technical support for all onboard technology systems, including but not limited to internet connectivity, onboard applications, and computer hardware and software.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by guests and crew members in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and requests from guests and crew members, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  4. Maintain and monitor the performance of all onboard technology systems, identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions proactively to minimize downtime.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as guest services and operations, to ensure the smooth functioning of technology systems and to address any IT-related concerns or requests.
  6. Conduct regular audits and maintenance checks on all hardware and software, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  7. Train and assist crew members in the use of technology systems and applications, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Stay informed about the latest technology trends and advancements in the cruise industry, making recommendations for upgrades or improvements to enhance the guest experience.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all IT-related activities, including service requests, troubleshooting steps, and system updates.
  10. Adhere to strict security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access to onboard technology systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Cruise Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Networking Systems.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment With Excellent Time-Management And Multitasking Abilities.
