  1. Maintain and troubleshoot all onboard technology systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
  2. Provide technical support to onboard staff and guests for any IT-related issues or concerns.
  3. Install and upgrade software and hardware as needed, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  4. Monitor and manage network and server performance to identify and resolve any potential issues.
  5. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions and upgrades.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for all IT systems and processes.
  7. Train onboard staff on the proper use of technology systems and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the cruise industry.
  9. Proactively identify areas for improvement in IT processes and systems and implement necessary changes.
  10. Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection measures.
  11. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  12. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to onboard staff and guests, resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills
