- Monitor and manage network and server performance to identify and resolve any potential issues.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all IT systems and processes.
- Train onboard staff on the proper use of technology systems and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the cruise industry.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in IT processes and systems and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection measures.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to onboard staff and guests, resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment
Strong Knowledge Of Computer Systems, Networks, And Software Applications
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills
