  1. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot onboard technology systems, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and crew members, addressing their technology needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Monitor and respond to system alerts and issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to ensure system functionality and reliability.
  4. Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to implement new technology initiatives and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to onboard operations.
  5. Train and assist crew members in using technology systems, promoting best practices and ensuring proper usage.
  6. Maintain accurate records of system maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, as well as user support requests and resolutions.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and trends, and make recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
  8. Adhere to strict security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  9. Participate in onboard drills and training exercises to ensure readiness for emergency situations.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's brand and values at all times.

Job Qualifications
