- Train, supervise, and schedule a team of housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and exceptional service at all times.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest cabins, public areas, and crew quarters to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as guest services and maintenance, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping supplies, expenses, and staff performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff to promote growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of housekeeping services.
