3. Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations to ensure cleanliness and identify any areas in need of attention.
4. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure coordination and efficiency in providing exceptional service to guests.
5. Monitor and order housekeeping supplies, ensuring all inventory levels are maintained and equipment is in good working condition.
6. Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Create and maintain schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
8. Implement and maintain standard cleaning procedures, ensuring all guest accommodations are consistently cleaned to company standards.
9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to housekeeping team members.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
